Your Ceremony Site: Choose a beautiful, outdoor, garden setting in the manicured Courtyard facing either the sparkling fountains or the Log Cabin. You may wish to make a grand entrance by descending from the white staircase at the back of the Manor or arrive in an old-fashioned, horse-drawn carriage. The Courtyard can seat 400+ guests. For a more rustic setting, you may elect to use the Covered Bridges overlooking the turtle pond. The Covered Bridge can seat 100 guests comfortably for wedding ceremonies and provides shade, ceiling fans and the sounds of a trickling waterfall and splashing fountains in the background. Indoor ceremonies are held in the Loft of Vine Event Center. The second floor area boasts a 27 ft. cathedral ceiling, a balcony, and antique, doors through which you may enter. A Smaller wedding of 30 people or less can be held on the lower floor of the Antique-filled Mansion.
Your Catered Reception:
Will be private. No other events will be taking place at your facility of choice, while you and your guests are present. The Vine Event Center Main Dining Room is on the first level and can seat up to 250 guests. There is a beautiful mahogany dance floor and stage area for your entertainment. There is additional seating on the adjacent, covered patio for up to 150 more guests.
Choosing your Reception Package...
Booking your date: A one third deposit of the estimated total and a signed contract are required to secure your date. This will be applied to your balance and is non-refundable. Please Note:
Time Allowance: A very generous time frame is allotted for your ceremony and reception.
Choose from a daytime or evening event. Day Event Time Line: 9AM - 3PM Evening Event Time Line: 4PM - 10PM
Additional time may be purchased.
Vendors, such as a Florist, Photographer, Minister, Bakery and Entertainers/DJs are not included.
Cedarvine has hosted: Photography Sessions, Bridal Showers, Wedding Rehearsals, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal Luncheons, Groom’s Brunches, Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, After-parties, Private Dinners, Private Luncheons and Celebrations of all kind.
